Do you believe in freedom? How about equal rights? Our nation has its ups and downs and reason for that is the type of leaders we have and the decisions they make. A liberal president would be a proper choice because as a liberal the government would be more involved with the people and help make right choices for this country, being conservative means following old traditions, and liberal people would make sure everyone is treated equally. I strongly support the idea of being liberal.
Firstly a liberal government would give the people more of what they want and need because the government will be more involved with the people for example they would look for ways to heal the damaged economy and rid problems like racism. Regan made a liberal move by trying to help the lower class people. Another more recent example is that Obama supports gay marriage. These two presidents move liberal choices and good things come out of them. Another good example was recently and till July 1st about Obama has started to pull our troops from Iraq that was and is a really good liberal move on Obamas part.
Secondly, being a conservative means following old traditional ways. This could lead to problems reason being of Obama were to keep our loved troops if Iraq instead of pulling them out that would put us one in further debt and two a bigger number in soldiers lost. President Ronald Regan was a man who seemed independent he cause he move choice on both sides but he cut a lot of after tax money. We had a strong military yea but what about the other areas that the cut taxes came from? That’s was a conservative move.
Finally, as liberal the United States and its people would see that all people are equal. All people would be treated equally all people from race to religion to certain beliefs. If a liberal president were to take charge the women would have a say in having a abortion and if it weren’t for liberals way of thinking we might still have slavery around which violates our freedom and that’s when everything turns to chaos. People should be able to have a say in what they want who knows someone could bring up a great life economy saving idea and liberals would listen it may not go or happen but they would listen conservative would, even if it’s a great plan, would stick to their own ways.
To conclude, you are free, you have rights just like everyone else. This should give you a clear vision on what side you may want to choose liberals of conservative. After all those facts like liberals making the right choices for our country to having equal rights and being free. Now it’s your time to choose, liberal or conservative. You know what the right choice is.
